John Minor joined JobsOhio during its inception in July 2011 as a Managing Director and was named President and Chief Investment Officer in November 2012. John has 14 years of investment banking experience, advising companies on strategic and capital raising transactions.
Before joining JobsOhio, John worked at Evercore Partners as a Managing Director in its Financial Institutions Group. Prior to Evercore, he was a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.
John holds an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BA from the University of Virginia.
David Mustine is a Senior Advisor at JobsOhio. Reporting to the President/CIO, David provides guidance and leadership on matters related to performance management, strategic initiatives and stakeholder relations.
Prior to serving as Senior Advisor, David was the Senior Managing Director for Shale Energy & Petrochemicals. Before joining JobsOhio, Mustine served as the director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. He also worked in Dubai for an oil and gas services company and held multiple positions at American Electric Power, including Senior Vice President of its regulated business unit. Prior to joining AEP, Mustine was an investment manager for Bechtel Investments, Inc. in Houston, specializing in oil and gas joint ventures.
Mustine earned an MA from Ashland Seminary, an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from The Ohio State University.
Kristi Tanner is the Senior Managing Director for Automotive at JobsOhio. A member of the economic development organization’s leadership team, Tanner was instrumental in the transition and startup of JobsOhio.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, Tanner served as Assistant Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Ohio Department of Development.
Tanner is an experienced marketing and economic development professional who worked closely with the Department in her role at the Ohio Business Development Coalition. She has led economic development efforts at the local, regional, and state levels, including establishing the first Governor’s Regional Economic Development Office in southern Ohio. She also oversaw many of the Ohio Department of Development's business incentive programs while serving in various leadership positions within the organization.
A graduate of Morehead State University in Kentucky, Tanner earned a degree in Communications and Marketing. She is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council and served several years as a member of Ohio's Development Finance Advisory Council. Tanner and her husband, Tony, live in Columbus with their two daughters.
As Senior Managing Director, Aaron Pitts is responsible for defining and executing growth strategies for Ohio’s BioHealth industry. Aaron joined JobsOhio in 2013 after spending 12 years at Cardinal Health, where he focused on strategy, business development, and general management roles for the $100B global healthcare services company.
Prior to Cardinal Health, Aaron held management consulting positions with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he executed operations strategy initiatives across consumer packaged goods, food processing, healthcare, and financial services sectors. A resident of Ohio, Aaron currently resides in Dublin with his wife and three children.

Ted Griffith is the Managing Director for the Information Technology and Logistics & Distribution sectors at JobsOhio. He brings a global dimension to leadership, acquired from 21 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he held positions in France, Germany, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, and California’s Silicon Valley. During his tenure at HP, Griffith held various leadership positions across the value chain in sales, channel marketing, supply chain, and IT services, gaining a deep knowledge in both consumer and commercial marketplaces.
Griffith’s experience also includes a position as CEO of a South Korean company and a role in the Emerging Markets Distribution and Sales Operations at Procter & Gamble.
Griffith believes in making a difference in the community as well as the workplace. He is a volunteer advisor for start-up companies at Rev1 and a mentor for the leadership development program at Relā.
Griffith holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BSEE from Ohio Northern University.
Valentina A. Isakina is the Managing Director, Financial Services and Select HQ Operations. In this role, she oversees the development and execution of strategies for growing these key Ohio sectors. She is passionate about innovation, out-of-the-box thinking and making a difference.
Immediately prior to joining JobsOhio, Ms. Isakina served as Senior Advisor to the Office of Tony Blair, former British Prime Minister, working directly with heads of state and private sector leaders on a number of economic development initiatives around the world.
Ms. Isakina spent 20 years in Financial Services, most recently as Vice President & Head of Corporate Strategy for Nationwide, a Fortune 100 company. She honed her strategy skills by spending over a decade in global management consulting at firms that included McKinsey and Bain, focusing on financial services and private equity. She began her Financial Services career as an actuary.
Ms. Isakina is a CFA Charterholder, has an MBA from Cornell University, and an MS and BBA from Georgia State. Ms. Isakina is married and has three children.
Glenn Richardson is the Managing Director for Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace at JobsOhio. He has experience in operations and engineering and has worked in the Aerospace, Automotive, and Energy industries.
Richardson joined JobsOhio after serving as Vice President of the Packaging and Driven Equipment Supply Chain Unit at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems, Inc. Previous to this, he was the Vice President and General Manager, Americas and China, for Dana Holding Corporation in the Off-Highway division. Richardson also worked for Honeywell in a variety of roles and across several business units.
Richardson attended the University of Notre Dame, where he earned an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Dana A. Saucier, Jr. is a Managing Director for Shale Energy & Petrochemicals and Agribusiness & Food Processing industries. Dana assists existing and new companies looking to expand in Ohio understand and leverage Ohio’s diverse energy markets and infrastructure. In addition, Dana supports Ohio entrepreneurs seeking to create, launch, and grow new businesses in the state.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, Dana spent over 20 years in the energy industry, including 10 years with Accent Energy, a retail energy company that he co-founded and grew to $350 million in revenues and over 150,000 customers. Before launching Accent, Dana spent 11 years at Enron leading various efforts in risk management, long-term origination, retail, and project finance.
Dana and his family reside in central Ohio. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, a recipient of the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and an avid pilot for over 20 years.
Kristi Clouse serves as the Executive Director of Operations for JobsOhio, where she oversees coordination of JobsOhio’s identification of Ohio company job-creation opportunities, project management and incentive programs ensuring companies a streamlined experience. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Project Management.
Before joining JobsOhio, Kristi held various positions throughout her career in economic development, including Assistant Director for the Ohio Department of Development’s Strategic Business Investment Division. She also spent over eight years at the ground level of economic development working for the Allen Economic Development Group in Allen County Ohio, where she moved up from Development Coordinator, Director of Marketing & Research to Vice President.
Kristi’s accolades include the Lima Young Professional’s “2007 Emerging Young Professional of the Year” award and the 2008 West Central Ohio Business Journal’s “20 Under 40" business award. She has also served on numerous community and leadership boards.
Kristi is a graduate from The University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, Ohio’s Basic Economic Development Course and earned her BA in Communications/Business from Bluffton University.
Andrew Deye is a senior director at JobsOhio, managing strategy, sales and research functions. Previously, Andrew worked in investment banking for eight years, most recently as a vice president at Greenhill & Co. At Greenhill, and previously at Morgan Stanley, Andrew worked on a wide variety of financing, mergers and acquisitions, and public-private partnership (P3) transactions totaling more than $50 billion. A Cincinnati native, Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University. He serves on the board of directors of Learning Enterprises International.
Kevin Giangola is the Chief Financial Officer for JobsOhio and has been involved with JobsOhio since its inception in July 2011. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the JobsOhio Beverage System. Prior to joining JobsOhio, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the Ohio Department of Development. Giangola gained extensive experience throughout his career serving in various executive positions within state government, where he focused on accounting, auditing, procurement, quality control, and research.
Giangola is a lifelong Ohioan. He is a Kent State University graduate where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration.
Don Grubbs serves as General Counsel at JobsOhio, responsible for board governance, compliance, and corporate legal matters for the corporation and its nonprofit affiliate, the JobsOhio Beverage System. He brings over 20 years of private practice experience in business and intellectual property law and litigation to the team.
Prior to joining JobsOhio, Grubbs served briefly as the Assistant Director for the Ohio Development Services Agency and as Assistant Director and Chief Legal Counsel for the Ohio Department of Commerce. A former mayor and city councilman, Don is also active in board-level governance matters for several nonprofit organizations, serving as a board member and Corporate Secretary for the Ohio Academy of Science and on the boards of the American Red Cross of Delaware County and Opera Columbus.
Don received his JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BA in biology, with distinction, from Ohio Northern University.
